The Insides by Jeremy Bushnell [Book Review]

This was a wonderfully weaved story. I loved all of the characters. Ollie is a parent who ran away from her family and is rediscovering the street magic she practiced as a teenager. Maja is a finder, someone who can look at the past and present location of any item or person. Their stories connect over a particularly weird knife.

Though I can’t think of anything else to say I really enjoyed this one. It was a very dark story with, perhaps, a somewhat predictable ending (lessons are learned and all that).
